Sign Language Classes for Individuals and Groups
As a native user of American Sign Language (ASL), Dr. Steve Farmer offers individualized and group sign language classes to community members at large starting at 12 months old to adult. He offers specialized classes to police and fire departments and other emergency personnel to learn basic signs to assist Deaf and Hard of Hearing people in crisis.
"For me, ASL started when I was in high school with Mr. Steve Farmer. It was the class that fed my passion to communicate with my Deaf peers. My eyes were opened, and my heart grew to love the language and culture of the Deaf world. I am now a nationally certified and state licensed sign language interpreter. I am so thankful for Mr. Farmer's desire to share his heart and language with students all over the country." --Amy B.
